It all started with a podcast back in 2018... My biggest life lessons have come from quitting jobs, moving countries, questioning societal "shoulds"—then learning from and sharing my experiences along the way 🗣️. The focus? To live a life that feels 'really me' and help others do the same.

Hi, I'm Alix; a creative marketer, young person's mentor of 8 years in the UK and Canada (YWCA/Media Trust/Courier Media), and BIG psychology fan. I'm not a therapist (working on it!), but I am a great listener, problem-solver, and friend.
